How do we harvest content to blog, tweet or otherwise post?

Association NewsSimply provide a list of important topics that you feel is important to your event. After all, who knows your audience better than you? Then, supply sources of information for these topics. Your website, trade magazines, articles etc. Then our team of project managers, writers and designers will take your content and format it for maximum impact for the appropriate medium.

Our team will make suggestions for additional topics you may want to market. Is there a hot news item that ties into your event’s theme? Perhaps your speaker has a blog we can cross-market with. Is there something an event attendee needs to know about your event’s venue? All great food for thought to get your attendees hungry to attend!

calendarHow do we start the process?

It all begins with a meeting of the minds. We want to understand your association, association members and what makes them tick. We will get an idea of your history, where you are now & where you see your organization going in the future. We get out the calendar, mark some dates, make some suggestions and begin to map out a comprehensive framework for your social media-marketing plan.

All our efforts will bring attention to important dates, create a modern face, and promote community for your association while providing a new media buzz to your event. Social Media and in all of it’s forms is hear to stay and should become an important piece to the forward-thinking Associations marketing plan.

Why pay a firm to maintain and promote your Social Media connections?

The answer is a simple one; we have the time, experience and resources to maximize the many and varied social media platforms available when most association professionals do not. Let our experienced team guide you through the process and maximize your efforts!
